摘要： 以月季切花品种Daiana带芽嫩茎为外植体，研究了激素等因素对其无性繁殖系建立的影响。试验结果表明：其诱导分化以B5+BA1.0mg/L(单位下同)+IBA0.25效果较好；继代增殖以B5+BA1.0~2.0+IBA0.25+GA0.3效果好，增殖系数可达5.8~6.2以上；生根以50㎎/LNAA或50mg/LIBA溶液浸泡嫩茎切口基部0.5~1d后，接种于无激素1/2MS基本培养基中效果好，生根率达100%；在基质珍珠岩或蛭石中驯苗，成活率可达94.1%以上。

Abstract: Daiana of Rosa hybrida stem were used as the explant. Study the effects of some factors such as hormone on setting up it’s asexual multiplication systm. The results show:Using B5+BA1.0+IBA0.25 has a better effect on differentiation ;In B5+6-BA1.0~2.0+IBA0.25+GA0.3 the effect on multiplicationh of sprouts is good ,mreproduction rate reach 5.6 to 6.2;Using 50mg/LNAA or 50mg/LIBA solution to sodk stemp for 0.5 to 1 hour and inoculate it in 1/2MS medium which withant hormone has a better effect ,and inoculate it in 1/2MS medium which withant hormone has a better effect. the radication rate above a level of 100 percent, using stroma of perlite or vermiculite the survival rate can reach 94.1%.
