番茄组织培养中无菌苗培养条件的优化

摘要： 对番茄组织培养中种子的消毒方法和无菌苗培养条件进行了优化。经过对五种消毒方法的消毒效果比较，以10%的NaClO溶液+土温1滴30min和10%NaClO溶液20 min + 0.1%HgCl2 3 min消毒效果最佳，对种子发芽抑制作用较小。同时，通过对无菌苗生理指标的测定，添加1%蔗糖的1/2MS培养基有利于壮苗的形成。

Abstract: In this paper, the method of seed sterilization and culture condition of sterile tomato plants are optimized. The better sterilization method with little restrain to germination is 10%NaClO +Tween one drop 30minutes or 10%NaClO 20 min + 0.1%HgCl2 3 min; And the sterile plants in the1/2 MS medium with 1% sucrose are more healthy by comparing their physiological index.
