Abstract: The problem of achievements in agricultural scientific research is related to the reform of agricultural scientific system and the development of agricultural scientific research institution. Under the condition of economic market, the transformation of achievements in agricultural scientific institutions are often influenced by its subjective or objective factors, polices and environments, and also existing many unconformable problems and difficulties during the reforming process in China. Through analyzing and searching the existing reasons, the suggestions and countermeasures of promoting achievements transformation in agricultural scientific research institution have been pointed out.
