Abstract:

Clean rural water is the key to the construction of beautiful countryside. With the continuous promotion of rural revitalization, the rural water environment has been significantly improved. However, due to the facts of the wide dispersion of agricultural and rural water pollution, difficulties in implementing the responsibility of governance, and the lack of governance funds, it is difficult to solve the core problems, and the effect of water pollution prevention and control is not ideal. Firstly, this article investigated the current situation of water pollution in agricultural production and rural areas of Jiujiang City, so as to analyze the regional characteristics of water pollution caused by different pollutants. Secondly, this article discussed the predicament of water pollution prevention and control in four aspects, including laws and regulations, institution and mechanism, responsible entities and governance models, on the basis of analyzing the core causes of agricultural and rural water pollution. Finally, this article put forward countermeasures for the prevention and control of agricultural and rural water pollution in Jiujiang City from improving laws and regulations, establishing long-term institution and mechanism, strengthening the responsible entities and optimizing governance.
