出口花椰菜安全生产技术的研究

摘要: 通过对花椰菜新品种的品种筛选、育苗技术、配方肥使用技术、以及病虫害防治等关键技术的系统研究,基本明确了能适应本地区生产,品质佳、产量高的出口花椰菜新品种及其安全生产栽培技术。出口花椰菜安全生产标准化示范结果表明,安全生产标准化技术示范区,较常规生产对照区,出口花椰菜产品的商品率提高10.6~14.8个百分点;化肥用量减少22.37%~32.16%;农药用量减少23.08%~42.05%;增加收入3600~4380元/hm2。取得经济效益3874.5万元;出口花椰菜安全生产示范区生产的产品中,重金属、化学农药、硝酸盐或亚硝酸盐等12种有毒有害物质残留量检测,结果表明各项检验结果显著地低于标准要求。

Abstract: A series of research in exporting cauliflower was made in variety filtering, grow seeding technology, making use of mixed fertilizer according to prescription, preventing and curing plant diseases and insect pests, etc. New cauliflower variety with good quality and high yield and its safety produce technology were mastered. Cauliflower in demonstrated area and usual area was compared. The result showed that 10.6~14.8 percent was increased on the rate of merchandise, 22.37%~32.16% was decreased on dosage of fertilizer, 23.08%~42.05% was decreased on dosage of pesticide, 3600~4380yuan/hm2 was increased on income. 12 kinds of poisonous and harmful materials in exporting the cauliflower safety produce demonstrated area decreased clearly compared with standard, such as heavy metals, chemical pesticide, nitrate or second nitrate etc.
