Abstract: The paper analysised the agriculture general situation and situation and comparative advantage of the grain product of the three provinces of He Bei and Shan Dong and He Nan province from 1980 to 2004.The main problems tampering with grain yielding have been found out and positive countermeasures treated with have been put forwarded.
