烤烟苗期发育特性的基因型差异

Genotype Difference of Flue-cured Tobacco Development Characteristic in Seedling Stage

摘要: 以生产中常用的6个烤烟基因型为材料,进行了室内培养和漂浮育苗试验,研究比较烤烟苗期主根发育、侧根发育、生物量、根系活力及叶绿素含量的基因型差异。结果表明,不同基因型的烤烟品种播种后96h、144h主根发育差异显著,192h、240h主根发育差异不显著。不同基因型烤烟的一、二、三、四级侧根发育数量及总长度随苗龄的增加而增多,二级侧根是烟苗吸收养分的主要根群,总长度二级侧根>一级侧根>三级侧根>四级侧根。不同苗龄的烟苗生物量基因型差异不一致。根系活力基因型差异显著,50d苗龄均大于40d苗龄。50d苗龄第5位叶绿素含量的基因型差异不显著,以红花大金元品种的叶绿素含量最高,NC82品种的叶绿素含量最低。

Abstract: With six different genotype flue-cured tobacco varieties as the materials,genotype difference of flue-cured tobacco seedling were studied with the main root development, the lateral root development, biomass, roots activity and chlorophyll content by indoor culture and floating system. The results indicated that the main root development was statistically different in 96h or 144h tobacco seeding, however that was not was statistically different in 192h or 240h tobacco seeding. The number and total length of different genotype tobacco’s first, second, third and forth order lateral root was increasing with the increasing seedling age. The second lateral root, which total length was higher than any of the first, the third and the forth lateral root, was the main absorbing nutrient roots of tobacco seedling. The biomass from different tobacco seedling was different. The roots activity was different obviously and the chlorophyll of 5th leaf at the age of 50d seedling was not different statisticly. The cholorophyll content of Hongda was highest but that of NC82 was lowest of all tested variety.
