不同添加剂对象草青贮发酵品质的影响

摘要: 使用含水率68.3%的象草作为青贮原料,在制作过程中进行4种处理,分别为添加0.2%绿汁发酵液、0.0001 % 纤维素酶、0.2%绿汁发酵液+0.0001 % 纤维素酶及对照4个处理。常温下贮存50d开封,测定青贮的发酵品质。结果表明,单独添加绿汁发酵液和添加绿汁发酵液与纤维素酶的复合物,均可降低青贮的pH和氨态氮,提高了干物质回收率和粗蛋白含量(P<0.01,P<0.05)。有利于提高青贮品质

Abstract: Napier grass with 68.3% moisture content was silaged. Napier grass silage was divided into control group, trial 1, trial 2 and trial 3. Trial 1 was added 0.2% fermented green juice, trial 2 was added 0.0001% cellulase,trial 3 was added 0.2% fermented green juice + 0.0001% cellulose. Ensilaged for 50 days at normal temperature, the fermentation quality of silages were measured. The results showed that the addition of fermented green juice and fermented green juice + cellulose could decrease the pH and the content of volatile base nitrogen, and could increase the dry matter recovery rate and the content of crude protein(P<0.01,P<0.05).
