摘要： 实验旨在为石斛兰Dendrobium formosum 的幼苗寻找易于配制的简单培养基。使用兰花专用肥20-20-20，21-21-21。在实验中改良Vacin-Went 培养基（Vacin,E .and Went,F 1922)和 1/2 Vacin-Went 培养基被用作参照。经过150d无菌培养后结果显示在某种程度上，肥料浓度为1g/l的21-21-21和20-20-20的培养基对兰花幼苗的生长影响相同，并且，它们可以替代Vacin-Went和1/2 Vacin-Went培养基，从而使培养基的制备更加方便。

Abstract: This experiment is to find some simple media for Dendrobium formosum seedligs to make media preparation more easyer. Using orchid fertilizer 20-20-20,21-21-21.At the same time,modified Vacin-Went medium(Vacin,E .and Went,F 1922) and 1/2 Vacin-Went medium were used for comparison. After 150 days asepic culture, the results showed that to some extent, medium that contained 1g/l 21-21-21 or 20-20-20 had equal effects on seedling growth, and they could take the place of medium Vacin-Went and 1/2 Vacin-Went to make the preparation of media more convenient.
