Abstract: The Contradiction between small farms in our country and large markets has become more and more severe after joining WTO. It is very difficult for scattered small farms to become main market power and perfect industrialization management bodies. It is necessary to create a new market power and industrialization management body in our country. Agriculture cooperation organizations have advantages of information, capital, technologies and technicians. They can organize farmers and do agriculture industrialization effectively, so they should be most powerful market and management bodies. The role agriculture cooperation organization has become more and more important after joining WTO, so it is our important task to pay attention to and promote their development. This paper introduces the developments of agriculture cooperation organizations in developed countries, and studies development strategy of agriculture cooperation organization in Guangxi, Guizhou and Yunnan Provinces.
