高脂血症金黄地鼠血液流变学研究

Studies of Hemorheological Changes in Hyperlipidemia Golden Hamster

摘要: 为了研究高脂血症金黄地鼠模型血液流变学特性的改变,研究采用14只叙利亚金黄地鼠随机分为2组,分别给予普通饲料及高脂饲料,10周后检测血浆甘油三酯、胆固醇、红细胞变形指数、取向指数、电泳率、全血粘度及血浆粘度,处死后,肝脏经油红O染色观测脂质沉积情况。结果显示高脂饲喂10周后,试验组动物体重、血浆甘油三酯、胆固醇、全血粘度及血浆粘度显著升高,红细胞的变形指数、取向指数、电泳率以及红细胞膜的流动性都显著降低,动物高脂血症引起显著的血液流变学特性变化。

Abstract: In order to study the changes of hemorheological characteristics in hyperlipidemia golden hamster, fourteen hamsters were randomly divided into two groups. The control group was fed with standard laboratory chow, the hyperlipidemia group was fed with high-fat diet. Ten weeks later, plasma cholesterol and triglyceride concentration, whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity, erythrocytic hemorheological indexes, erythrocytic electrophoretic mobility, membrane fluidity were detected. The liver was stained with oil red O. The results showed that plasma cholesterol and triglyceride concentration, the whole blood viscosity, plasma viscosity increased significantly, erythrocytic deformation index, integrated deformation index, orientation index, erythrocyte electrophoretic mobility and membrane fluidity decreased significantly. The rise of plasma lipid can conspicuously influence hemorheological and erythrocyte microrheological characteristics in hyperlipidemia golden hamster.
