中国农产品及农产品市场特点分析

摘要: 目前,中国正在着力推进农产品质量安全市场准入管理。为探寻适合中国国情的农产品市场准入方式,找准入控制的关键点,在分析农产品商品特点及其信息供给和需求特性的基础上,对中国农产品的交易方式进行了理论和实证分析,同时对中国农产品及市场总体发展状况进行了总结分析。认为农产品具有消费时限性等自身特点,农产品销售方式和农产品市场也具有多样性和组织化程度低等特点,并据此提出了农产品市场准入规制的有关政策建议。

Abstract: At present, China is attaching more and more importance to the building of market access system. In order to explore the proper modality of China’s market access system, this paper studied the characteristics and information supply and demand of the agro-food, and analyzed the pattern of the agro-food’s trading in China theoretically and positively. Meanwhile, the general situation of China’s agro-food and its market were also discussed. It gave the attributes of agro-food about consumption time limitation and agro-food market about diversity and low systematization, etc. Finally, several policy recommendations were made in terms of the regulation of agro-food quality & safety market access.
