保护地菜豆菌核病发病规律研究

Studies on the Occurrence Rule of Bean Sclerotinia Rot in Greenhouse

摘要: 为明确保护地菜豆菌核病的田间发病规律,为病害的科学防治提供依据。通过田间调查和室内分析,运用相关分析的方法研究了不同季节菜豆菌核病的发病情况,以及气象因子与菜豆菌核病的相关关系。结果表明:地表残花带菌检出率秋季高于春季;植株茎蔓发病率和豆荚发病率,秋季显著高于春季;10月份是菜豆菌核病的发病高峰期;在发病适期内,阴雨日数与发病率存在正相关关系,相关方程式为Y=-7.5425+1.7153X,相关系数r=0.8516;天津地区菜豆菌核病菌能以菌核形式在土壤中安全越冬。秋季低温多雨有利于菌核病发生和流行,发病率与阴雨日数成正相关关系。

Abstract: The aim of this study is to explicit the occurrence regularity of bean sclerotinia rot in greenhouse in order to provide the basis for scientific prevention and treatment. The bean sclerotinia rot and the correlation with meteorological factors was studied in different seasons through the field investigation and experiment analysis with correlation analysis; The Results showed that flowers with a higher carrier rate in autumn than in spring.The Incidence is higher of been stem and pod in autumn than in spring. The peak age incidence was October. There was a positive correlation between rainy days with the incidence. The equation may be written such that Y=-7.5425+1.7153X,the correlation coefficient is 0.8516;The Sclerotioum sclerotiorum (Lib) de Bary.can safe pass winter under soil; Low temperature and rainness in autumn was beneficial to the occurrence and epidemic dynamics of bean sclerotinia rot,There was a positive correlation between rainy days with the incidence.
