板栗短雄花序芽变的离体培养研究

摘要: 本文以板栗短雄花序芽变为材料,研究了以MS为基本培养基,采取不同外植体、不同激素配比对其愈伤组织诱导的影响,结果表明,其最适宜的诱导培养基为MS + 0.5 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA。茎段、嫩叶两种外植体中,以其茎段培养的诱导率较高,成愈率为65.0%。继代培养的适宜培养基为MS + 0.5~1.0mg/L 6-BA + 0.2mg/L NAA。

Abstract: The effect of different explants and different exogenous hormones on callus induction of chestnut short catkin mutant was studied regarding MS as basic medium. The results showed that the optimal inducing medium was MS + 1.0 mg/L 6-BA + 0.2 mg/L NAA, and callus inducing rate using young stem as explants was higher which was 65.0% compared with young leaves. Callus propagation was subcultured on available medium of MS + 0.5~1.0mg/L 6-BA + 0.2mg/L NAA.
