不同烤烟品种叶表面蔗糖酯及相关化学成分的研究

Research on Different Genotype Flue-cured Tobacco Leaf Surface Sucrose Ester and Chemical Components

摘要: 对7个烤烟品种打顶后不同叶位烟叶表面蔗糖酯的分泌量与其他化学成分的相关性进行了分析,结果表明:不同烤烟品种表面蔗糖酯总量存在明显的差异,且各叶位烟叶表面蔗糖酯含量差异呈现相似的变化趋势。其中以NC89含量最高,其次是云烟85,最低为G80。叶位之间比较发现各品种蔗糖酯总量均呈现上部叶>中部叶>下部叶的变化规律。相关分析表明,不同品种之间蔗糖酯含量差异显著。蔗糖酯含量与可溶性总糖、还原糖和烟碱之间呈正相关,与非还原糖和钾之间呈负相关。

Abstract: Studies was carried out to relations between surose ester and related chemical components in leaf surface of seven different filue-tobacco varieties after pinching off. The results indicated: The amount of sucrose ester in leaf surface of different filue-tobacco varieties was obviously diffferent, and the change of surcose ester contented in different part of leaf surface presented the similar change tendency. Content in NC89 was the highest, then Yunyan85, and G80 was the lowest. And comparing leaf position, it was found that surose ester in leaf surface of different varities presented that upper leaf > middle leaf >lower leaf. And related analysis showed that content of surose ester was quite different in different flue-cured tobacco varieties. And surose ester, solube total sugar, reducing sugar and nicotine had a very significant positive correlation, but had a reverve associatin with non-reducing sugar and potassium.
