Abstract: Effects of different media on rooting of the cutting of night jusmine were studied. The results showed that the growth of the rooting in different media is unlike, perlite + vermiculite (1:1) and perlite have better effects; The results also showed that the rooting length, thickness and weight of the night jusmine on different media have great effects. vermiculite + perlite (1:1) has better impacts; According to the determining of the rooting viability, chlorophyll content, soluble sugar and other physiological index, ermiculite + perlite (1:1) and perlite are better. From the above indicators it is easy to know that vermiculite + perlite (1:1) on the night jusmine cutting is more favorable.
