摘要: 摘要:本文研究了不同NaCl浓度和pH对大蒜根、芽生长及根尖细胞有丝分裂的影响。结果表明,0.3%NaCl对大蒜根、芽的萌发和生长有一定的促进作用;适合大蒜根、芽萌发和生长的pH为6.5到7.5; 一定浓度的NaCl对增加大蒜根尖细胞前期和中期分裂指数有一定效果,但对总的细胞分裂指数影响不大;pH变化对大蒜根、芽萌发生长和根尖细胞分裂的影响较小;pH与NaCl结合可加剧对大蒜根、芽生长和细胞分裂的影响;较高浓度的NaCl胁迫可引起大蒜根尖细胞分裂的异常行为,如出现染色体桥、三极分裂和染色体解体等;此外,NaCl胁迫可明显影响根部伸长区细胞的正常伸长,是引起根生长缓慢的一个重要因素。

Abstract: Abstract: Effect of different NaCl concentrations and pH values on garlic growth and cell division were studied in this paper. The results showed that 0.3% NaCl could stimulate growth of the garlic shoot and root in a certain degree, and suitable pH values for garlic growth were from 6.5 to7.5; Mitotic index for prophase or metaphase in root tip cells was a little higher under low concentration of NaCl than that of normal condition; Efect of different pH values on garlic growth and cell division was not obvious; Interaction of NaCl and pH could intensify the impediment for garlic growth and cell division; Over 0.7% NaCl could cause some abnormal behavior during the mitosis, such as chromosomal bridges, tri-pole spindle and chromosome disintegration. In addition, NaCl stress could significantly affect root cell elongation.
