0Co-γ射线辐射后花魔芋对性状影响的初步研究*

摘要： 为了探索魔芋新的育种途径，采用不同剂量的60Co-γ照射已萌动花魔芋球茎，栽植后出现矮化、黄化、蕨叶、白化、叶色深绿的性状变异植株。同时，初步得到照射花魔芋半致死剂量LD50为1.5KR。

Abstract: In order to probe the new way of konjac breeding, we adopt different the dosages 60Co-γto irradiate sprout konjac crons, after planting there are some mutation plants such as stunt, etiolute, fernliking ,albino and leaf color dark green properties. At same time, we also know the LD100 of konjac is 3KR, LD50 is 1.5KR.
