摘要： 洋葱伯克氏菌是一组表型相近、但基因型不同的细菌群。本文综述了洋葱伯克氏菌群的生物学功能、基因型种类和特征、基因型的鉴定技术进展以及我国洋葱伯克氏菌基因型的研究现状。

Abstract: Burkholderia cepacia is regarded as phenotypically similar but genotypically distinct species (genomovars) referring to the B. cepacia complex (Bcc). This paper summarized the biological function of Bcc, the character and identification methods of Bcc genomovars, and the research status of Bcc genomovars in China.
