摘要： 农技协在建设社会主义新农村中发挥了巨大的作用，笔者针对农业合作经济组织发展概况、经验、存在的问题，提出农技协长效发展的建议：深化认识，改善领导；规范管理，完善制度；增进交流，共同提高；优势重组，树立典型。

Abstract: Rural Special Technology Association (RSTA) has played a huge role in building new socialist countryside. In view of the current situation, experience and problems existed in Agricultural Cooperative Economic Organizations, The author proposes long-term mechanism for RSTA: Deepening understanding，and improving guide; Standardizing management, and perfecting the management system; Promoting intercommunication, and pullulating together; Reorganizing advantageous resources, and setting a good example.
