生防菌株NJ-18的鉴定及其对几种植物病原真菌的拮抗作用研究

Identification of Biocontrol Bacterial Strain NJ-18 and Its Antagonistic Activity to Several Phytopathogenic fungi

摘要: NJ-18是从油菜田土壤中分离筛选获得的一株具有抗真菌活性的细菌,本研究从形态和生理生化特征及16S rDNA序列分析,鉴定NJ-18菌株为枯草芽孢杆菌。经平板对峙试验表明,NJ-18发酵液对Sclerotinia sclerotiorum、Rhizoctonia solani、 Fusarium moniliforme、Magnaporthe grisea、F. graminearum、R. cerealis、 Alternaria solani、Botrytis cinerea and Fusarium oxysporum等九种植物病原真菌菌丝生长都具有良好的广谱抑菌活性;盆栽植株试验表明,NJ-18发酵液对小麦白粉病具有很好的保护和治疗作用,发酵原液的保护和治疗作用效果分别高达到96.1%和88.2%,发酵液稀释200倍后处理,对小麦白粉病的保护和治疗作用效果分别达到58.8%和51.4%。

Abstract: Biocontrol bacterial NJ-18 was isolated from the soil of oilseed rape field. It was identified as Bacillus subtilis on the basis of morphological, physiological and biochemical characters as well as the sequence analysis of 16S rDNA. The result of the dual-culture test showed that all of the plant pathogens of Sclerotinia sclerotiorum, Rhizoctonia solani, Fusarium moniliforme, Magnaporthe grisea,Fusarium graminearum, Rhizoctonia cerealis, Alternaria solani,Botrytis cinerea and Fusariumoxysporum were inhibited strongly by fermentaion broth of strain NJ-18. And The fermentaion broth of NJ-18 also exhibited protective and curative activity in controlling wheat powdery mildew in potted plant test, with efficacy 96.1% and 88.3%, respectively. 200-fold diluent of the fermentaion broth gave good control efficacy of 58.8% and 51.4% respectively in the protective and curative activity test.
