摘要： 从三明市农业环境现状与发展农产品安全质量生产实际出发，阐述了目前农产品安全质量存在的问题和大力发展农产品安全质量的必要性，并提出了有效对策。
Abstract: This paper is based on the present agricultural production situation in Sanming and expounds the existing problems in producing safe primary products, the necessity of producing more safe agricultural products and present an effective countermeasure.
