Abstract: Peasants are subjects of rural construction of well-to-do level, and the peasants of more education are the most important things of rural construction of well-to-do level. This paper expounded the fact that the role of peasants of more education in rural construction of well-to-do level from the aspects of the increasing income of peasants, dwindling differences between town and country and shifting of surplus rural labor force, etc. This paper has analyzed the question existing in peasant's more educated process all-snidely. From the aspects of exciting peasants to seek knowledge, Strengthening rural basic education, it has proposed a concrete measure of different forms education and technology for peasants of more education.
