摘要: 大蒜由于具有较高的营养保健和药用价值而成为国际研究的热点。本文简述大蒜在我国的分布、分类、功能成份、营养保健及药用价值,同时概括了大蒜在养殖业中的应用,并提出了今后大蒜的研究方向

Abstract: Garlic has already been a hot research topic at home and abroad as a result of higher nutrition and Pharmacological action. This article introduces the distribution of garlic in our country, classification, functional ingredients, nutritional, application and offered our views on the direction of future study.
