摘要：

面对当代世界发展大趋势和重大问题，本文从农业的内涵、概念、产业发展特性、功能演变和未来形态等角度分析思考，大胆提出了农业属于“基础产业部门”的新概念。结合我国实情，建议国家明确“五维一体”的农业发展目标，坚持城乡统筹的发展战略，拓展生态保育和社会服务等新型农区就业领域，主动向后现代农业转变。

关键词: 羽毛角蛋白, 羽毛角蛋白, 降解机制, 含硫化合物, 角蛋白酶活, 亚硫酸分解

Abstract:

faced with the global main trends and problems, the conception, connotation, industrial characteristics, evolvement and future formation of China’s agriculture were analyzed and a new conception of “fundamental industrial section” was proposed. Based on the contemporary situation, the article suggests that China should to definitude the “five in one” aim system on her agriculture; to insist the strategy of urban-rural integration planning; to exhibit the rural employment of ecologic rebuilding and services and transfer to post modern agriculture initiatively.
