Preliminary Discussion on the Cleaning Production of Pu-erh Tea

摘要:

本文概述了普洱茶加工过程清洁化生产的基本要求,针对食品安全的要求,指出了普洱茶清洁化生产的必要性,提出了普洱茶加工过程清洁化生产的主要措施,其中包括茶厂生产环境的清洁化、加工燃料的清洁化、茶叶加工设备的清洁化、普洱茶加工工艺的清洁化、工人操作的清洁化,旨在为企业进一步改进生产工艺,生产出安全优质的普洱茶。

关键词: 小麦条锈病, 小麦条锈病, 高空风量值, 判别分析

Abstract:

This paper summarized the basic requirements of Pu-erh tea’s cleaning production,and pointed out the necessity of Pu-erh tea’s cleaning production according to food safety requirements. It proposed some main measurements of Pu-erh tea’s cleaning production, including the cleaning of factory production environment, Fuel, production equipments, technologies of production and worker operation. This paper also gives some advices to factories improving technique and producing safety Pu-erh tea.
