Abstract: Guangdong is a province where litchi is cultivated at the largest area and the highest yield, moreover the litchi has rich nourishment and great value on making medicine, therefore litchi industry develops quickly in Guangdong. Involved in the development of litchi industry, a way is to have the fresh litchi on sale freshly, as well as paves the way for it’s marketing. At the same time, it is necessary to push the litchi processing industry forward through multiple channels and attain series of high-technique processing products of litchi, which will enhance the economic and social benefit of litchi production. Finally, according to the problems during the litchi production, fresh-keeping, marketing and processing in Guangdong, some countermeasures were discussed. Generally, these all will not only lay the theory foundation to speed up the development of litchi industry in Guangdong, but play a certain guiding role in the producing practice.
