几种因素对灵芝孢子萌发的影响

Several Factors on the Effects of Ganoderma lucidum Spore Germination

摘要: 该文研究了灵芝孢子萌发的影响因素,为灵芝孢子药用成分的提取及孢子育种奠定基础。采用玻片压片培养法计算孢子萌发率。着重研究了灵芝孢子在不同温度、pH、氧气以及金属离子存在条件下的萌发情况。结果表明,灵芝孢子在28℃、pH值5、供氧、黑暗条件下培养48h萌发率可达70﹪;0.1mg/ml浓度范围的MgSO4、CaCl2、FeC13能促进孢子萌发。

Abstract: This paper studies the effects of Ganoderma lucidum spore germination factors of Ganoderma lucidum extract medicinal ingredients and spores lay the foundation for breeding. The use of slide culture method compression rate of spore germination. Focused on Ganoderma lucidum at different temperatures, pH, oxygen and metal ions under the germination conditions for the existence of the situation. The results showed that Ganoderma lucidum spores in 28 ℃, pH5, oxygen, dark conditions, the germination rate of up to 48h culture 70%; 0.1mg/ml concentration of MgSO4, CaCl2, FeC13 promote spore germination.。
