摘要： 本文综述了植物中熊果酸和齐墩果酸的分析方法，并讨论了植物种类、品种、部位、采收季节、产地等因素对熊果酸和齐墩果酸含量的影响，旨在为植物中熊果酸和齐墩果酸合理开发和应用提供科学依据。

Abstract: The analysis methods of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in plant was reviewed, and the factors affected the contents of ursolic acid and oleanolic acid such as plant species, cultivars, different parts, developmental stages, places of production, were also discussed in this paper. The aim is to provide some important information about reasonable exploitation and applicationof ursolic acid and oleanolic acid in plants.
