Abstract: College of Animal Science and Technology, Northwest Sci-Tech University of Agriculture and Forestry, Yang Ling Shaanxi 712100) Abstract: According to standards of appraising technology in domestic animal disinfectant，laboratory disinfectant ,field disinfectant test and contrast test of similar disinfectant were carried out for MEDPH. The results showed that 1:4 MEDPH disinfectant diluted solution (available iodine 0.01%) could be regarded as the minimum germicidal concentration to Escherichia coli, staphylococcus aureus, and 1:2 diluted solution (available iodine 0.02%) to Streptococcus hemolyticus . The liquid disinfectant (available iodine 0.04%) with 15-second time killed 99.99% of the above-mentioned germs and killed 99.99% of germs in cow-teat. The germicidal index were both more than 104. The disinfectant was safety and not had bad effect to cow-teat. By contrast test; MEDPH disinfectant was equal to “Dipal ” and better than iodole.
