摘要：

本文对有关核心种质的概念及特点和相应的研究进展进行了概述，对开展葡萄核心种质研究的步骤、方法以及核心种质的检验指标等方面均作出了全面系统的阐述，提出葡萄核心种质建立的构想。

Abstract:

The concept, method, procedure and content of core collection research, as well as the test parameters of core collection were reviewed and discussed in this paper. Besides, we proposed the plan for establishing a core collection of grape.
