摘要:

为了解黑斑病菌侵染杨树叶片后,叶片细胞超微结构的变化,以对黑斑病菌高抗的无性系NL 895杨(Populus euramericana CL“NL 895”)和感染黑斑病菌的加杨(Populus canadensis Moench)叶片为实验材料,进行了扫描电镜和透射电镜分析,这为进一步研究黑斑病菌的致病机制提供了细胞学方面的理论依据。

Abstract:

To understand the ultrastructural changes of leaf cells after black spot pathogen infecting poplar leaves, the leaves of high-resistant clone Populus euramericana CL“NL 895” and infected Populus canadensis Moench were separately used as the experimental materials to analyze by Scanning electron microscope (SEM) and Transmission electron microscope (TEM). This provided theory basis of cell aspect to further study the pathogenic mechanism of black spot pathogen.
