Abstract:

The dual structure in urban and rural has not yet been changed, the gap between regions is still widening in the current period. Balanced development of urban and rural coordination has important significance in implementing comprehensively the spirit of the Seventeenth Party Congress, and creating a new situation of the socialist cause. System and model of evaluation index were established for evaluating developmental level of urban and rural coordination of yanshi city with 3 first-grade indexes and 11 second-grade indexes. Variable trend and cause of urban and rural coordination of yanshi city were analyzed from 1990 to 2007. Finally, several policies and suggestions were proposed.
