肉苁蓉种子产量构成因子分析

摘要:

为了明确构成肉苁蓉种子产量的关键因子及其对种子产量的影响,本文采用相关、通径和多元逐步回归分析的方法对肉苁蓉花部主要形态性状与单株种子产量的关系进行分析,得出与肉苁蓉种子产量显著相关的7个构成因子为有效果数(X1)、总果数(X2)、单果种子数(X3)、花序长(X4)、大苞片长(X5)、结实率(X6)和花数(X7);其中效果数(X1)对种子产量(Y)的直接效应最大,而最优回归方程为:Y=-8.721+0.0919X2+0.00954X3。结果表明,肉苁蓉单株种子产量可以通过果数和单果种子数进行预测,打顶、增加授粉量以及选育高产种子品种等措施有助于种子产量的提高,研究结果为制定肉苁蓉的育种目标和种植措施提供了科学依据。

Abstract:

To identify the key factors and the main effect in the seed yield components of C. deserticola, species, the statistical analysis methods including correlation, regression and path analysis were applied to analyze the relationship between the morphology traits of the inflorescence and seed yield of single plant. 7 factors including number of effective capsules (X1)、total number of capsules (X2)、 number of seeds per fruit (X3)、inflorescence length (X4)、big bract length (X5)、setting percentage (X6) and number of flowers (X7) that interrelated significantly with the seed yield (Y) were screened. Path analysis revealed that the main effect factors were number of effective capsules (X1), but the regression equation was Y=-8.721 + 0.0919 X2 + 0.00954 X3. The results showed that the seed yield of single plant of C. deserticola could be estimated by the total capsule and seed number per capsule. Topping pollinating more pollen and selective breeding could be applied for improving seed yield in the planting process. It would provide a scientific basis for breeding objectives and cultural practices of C. deserticola.
