套袋对丰水梨果实品质影响的比较研究

摘要:

选用14种不同类型果袋对丰水梨进行套袋比较试验,研究表明套袋后丰水梨果皮颜色、光洁度和果点数量、大小均有不同程度的改善,但套袋果的平均单果重和可食部分均降低。套袋后,丰水梨果实可溶性固形物和可溶性总糖含量显著降低,可滴定酸含量基本保持不变,但是还原性Vc含量和果实硬度显著增加。综合比较认为双层袋L2-3为丰水梨果实套袋的最佳选择。

Abstract:

Fourteen different types of bags were chosen to study the effects of fruit bagging on fruit quality of Fengshui pear cultivar.The results showed that bagging can improve significantly peel color and smoothness and quantity and size of fruit dot of Fengshui pear,but single fruit weight and edible part of bagged fruit reduced.Soluble solids content and soluble sugar content decreased significantly,titratable acid content keeps unchanged,but reducing Vc and fruit hardness increased significantly after bagging. L2-3 is the best choice through comprehensive comparison.
