Abstract: Based on the situation of the Development of Western Regions in China, this paper emphasized the importance of science and technology in the acceleration of development of agriculture in western regions and analyzed the actualities and characteristics of the developments of Agriculture and country in these regions. This paper also pointed that the tardy developments of science and technology in western regions are important negative factors for their Agriculture development, and gave some suggestions on accelerations of developments of agricultural science, technology and education from aspects of scientific systems and researches, technology generalization, imports of people with abilities.
