应用根伸长实验研究禾本科和百合科杂草对重金属的耐性机制

Experimental Study on Application of Root Elongation of Grass and Lily of Heavy Metal Tolerance Mechanism

摘 要:随着采矿业的快速发展,金属尾矿在很大程度上影响着植物的生长发育。采用根伸长实验研究禾本科和百合科杂草对重金属的耐性随着溶液浓度(耐性指数)的变化。实验设铜浓度为5mg/L、10mg/L、 20mg/L、 50mg/L、100mg/L,以植物生长指标及生理指标为测试指标,实验周期为14天。结果表明,低浓度的铜能促进植物的生长,高浓度的铜则抑制植物的生长。当禾本科杂草紫羊茅和百合科杂草麦冬受到铜污染时,其耐性指数均有所下降。紫羊茅与麦冬相比,麦冬具有较强的抵御重金属的胁迫能力。因此在重金属污染土壤的植物修复及尾矿废弃地的植被重建中,麦冬可优先作为选择材料。

Abstract:

Abstract: With the rapid development of mining industry, metallic tailings are affecting the growth and development of plants to a great degree. The current study examined experimentally the tolerance mechanisms of Gramineous and Liliaceous weeds to the increasing concentrations of heavy metals (tolerance index) by using root elongation experiments. 5mg/L, 10mg/L, 20mg/L, 50mg/L and 100 mg/L Cu2+ were applied for 14 days to dermine the physiological and growth index of plants. The results indicated that low-concentration Cu2+ has promoted, while the high concentration Cu2+ inhibited plant growth. Contaminated by Cu2+, both the tolerance indexes of Festuca rubra and Ophiopogon japonicus declined. By contrast, O. japonicus was more tolerant to the stress of heavy metals than F. rubra. O. japonicus therefore is a preferential plant for the restoration of soils contaminated by heavy metals and the rehabitation of tailings wasteland.
