5种微量元素对紫叶矮樱叶绿素a 含量影响的研究

Studies on the impact of Prunus×Cistena Pissardii chlorophyll a concentration in five kinds of trace elements

摘要: 通过研究5种微量元素对紫叶矮樱叶片内叶绿素a含量影响的变化规律研究,以期为开发新的紫叶矮樱专用瓶插液提供理论依据。以生长有15片叶的新生紫叶矮樱枝条为试材,分别含有Mn,Cu,B,Zn,Mo 5种元素高中低3个浓度的营养液为试剂,清水培养为对照,3次重复,测定叶片在第1,3,5,7天的叶片中叶绿素a含量。实验结果表明,Mn 元素会使整个处理期间叶绿素a始终处于升高趋势,其他4种元素表现出先升高后略微降低的变化规律,Mn,Cu元素处理有利于叶绿素a的产生,B,Zn,Mo会降低叶绿素a含量;处理后的第1,3天,Mn,Cu处理的叶绿素a含量高于对照,B,Zn,Mo叶绿素a含量低于对照;对第7天结果的方差分析表明,3个浓度的Mn处理极显著高于对照,其他4种元素与对照之间差异不显著。综合比较后得出,较好的紫叶矮樱瓶插液配方以含有较低浓度的Mn,Cu元素,较高浓度的B,Zn,Mo微量元素为佳。

Abstract: By studying the five kinds of trace elements on Prunus×Cistena Pissardii leaves chlorophyll a concentration variation of the impact of research, with a view to the development a new purple leaf dwarf cherry liquid special vase to provide theoretical basis for. With growth of 15 leaves of Prunus×Cistena Pissardii new branches as experimental material, containing Mn, Cu, B, Zn, Mo five elements in high Medium and low concentrations of nutrient solution as the reagent, with water as the control culture, repeated three times, measured the1,3,5,7-day chlorophyll a content. Experimental results show that, Mn element would make the chlorophyll a always tended to increase in whole time,other four kinds of elements to show first elevated and then slightly lower, Mn, Cu elements are beneficial to production of chlorophyll a, B, Zn, Mo will lower the chlorophyll a content; The 1,3 days after treatment, Mn, Cu elements chlorophyll a concentration higher than the control, B, Zn, Mo chlorophyll a concentration lower than the control; On the seven days, The results of variance analysis showed that three concentration of Mn treatment was significantly higher than the control, the other four kinds of elements and no significant difference between controls. After comprehensive comparison concludes: The better Prunus×Cistena Pissardii vase liquid formulations in order to contain low concentrations of Mn, Cu elements, higher concentration of B, Zn, Mo elements are better.
