苹果果实发酵液对草莓防御酶系活性及抗病性的影响

Influences of Apple Fruit broth on Activities of Defense Enzymes and Disease Resistance on Strawberry

摘要: 摘 要:【研究目的】探讨苹果果实发酵液诱导草莓对灰霉病产生抗性的作用。【方法】用四个处理喷施草莓,5天后接种灰霉病病菌,接菌6d后测定不同处理草莓的抗病性和防御酶系的活性,同时测定过氧化物酶、多酚氧化酶及β-1,3-葡聚糖酶在接种后12d内的动态活性变化。【结果】Tr2处理后,草莓的抗病指数达到34.6%,显著高于对照,其他处理差异不显著。喷施Tr1、Tr2、Tr3可使POD、 PPO酶活性高于对照,β-1,3-葡聚糖酶活性较早出现。【结论】苹果果实发酵液100倍稀释液和0.02mol/mL水杨酸混合喷施诱导草莓对灰霉病产生抗性效果较好,单独喷施苹果果实发酵液100倍液效果不明显。

Abstract: Abstract: 【OBJECTIVE】Explore the effect of the Apple Fruit broth on inducing resistance of Strawberries to Botrytis cinerea.【METHOD】Sprayed with four strawberries processing, 5 days later Botrytis cinerea were inoculated.6 days after inoculating, disease resistance of different treatments and activity of peroxidase, polyphenol oxidase and β - 1,3 - glucanase were determined.【RESULTS】The results showed that the Tr2 could not only induce resistance of the strawberries on the Botrytis cinerea, its resistance to disease index reached 34.6%, which was significantly higher than the control. Difference between other treatments was not significant. Sprayed with Tr1,Tr2,Tr3, the activities of POD, PPO were higher than control, activity of β-1, 3 - glucanase appeared earlier. 【CONCLUSION】The mixed liquor of 100-fold diluted apple fruit fermentation broth and 0.02mol/mL salicylic acid could induce the better resistance of the strawberry on the Botrytis cinerea. The effect of 100-fold diluted apple fruit fermentation broth was not significant.
