紫叶矮樱叶片色素性质及其光合特性研究

Study on the Pigments in Prunus×Cistena ‘Pissardii’ and its Photosynthetic Characters

摘要: 测定了紫叶矮樱(Prunus×Cistena ‘Pissardii’)叶片色素含量年变化动态。春秋两季花青苷的含量较高,而叶绿素含量则是在夏季最高。Cu2+对叶縁素影响最大,使其吸光度值增加23%,Fe3+对花青素影响最大,可使其吸光度值增加10.9%。色素在光下不稳定,光照越强,分解越快;使用LI-6400便携式光合仪测定了紫叶矮樱(Prunus×Cistena ‘Pissardii’)的光合特性,净光合速率日变化及年周期变化均呈双峰曲线。一天中的最高峰出现在上午10时左右,下午15时左右出现第二个较小的峰;年周期变化,6、7月份净光合速率最量旺盛,8月份最低,9月份出现第二个峰。蒸腾速率的日变化及年变化均呈单峰曲线,一天中,中午12时左右达到最高峰;而一年中,7、8月份最高。

Abstract: The experiment determined the dynamic change of the pigments in the leaves of Prunus×Cistena ‘Pissardii’ .The content of anthocyanin is higher in spring and autumn. But the content of chlorophyll is higher in summer. Cu2+ and Fe3+ can improve the absorbance value of chlorophyll 23% and anthocyanin 10.9% respectively. The pigments are unstable under light, the stronger the light is, the more quickly they decompose.Use the LI-6400 portable photosynthesis system to detect the photosynthetic characters of Prunus×Cistena ‘Pissardii’. Double peaks appear in the curve of diurnal and annual variation of photosynthetic rate and one peak in the curve of transpiration rate. The highest peak in a day was appeared on 10:00 A.M. in photosynthetic rate curve and on 12:00 in transpiration rate curve. In a year the highest peak appears in June and August.
