不同培养基和激素浓度处理对草地 早熟禾愈伤组织诱导的影响

Effect of Different Culture Medium and Hormone Concentration on Callus Induction of Poa Pratensis L

摘要: 以3种不同的草地早熟禾种子为外植体,研究了不同培养基、不同浓度的2,4-D、BA及水解酪蛋白对愈伤组织诱导的影响。试验表明:(1)MN6培育基有利于愈伤组织的诱导;(2)种胚愈伤组织的诱导和继代宜采用MN6 +2,4-D 3mg/L+BA0.2mg/L的培养基;(3)水解酪蛋白对草地早熟禾种子愈伤组织诱导的影响不大;(4)3种草地早熟禾种子中,新哥莱德(Nuglade)出愈率较高。

Abstract: Study was carried out on effect of different concentration acetic acid(2,4-D), 6-benzylamino purine(6-BA)and casein hydroly-sate(Hy) under different culture medium on callus induction of three varieties of Poa Pratensis L. with its seeds as explants. The result showed that (1)MN6 culture medium could improve callus induction rate; (2) culture medium of callus induction and regeneration of embryo was MN6 +2,4-D 3mg/L+BA0.2mg/L;(3) effect of different concentration casein hydroly-sate(Hy) was weak on callus induction;(4) callus induction rate of Nuglade was the highest in three varieties of Poa Pratensis L.
