摘要: 模式植物拟南芥是研究植物抗病分子基础的极好工具。利用拟南芥突变体证明植物抗病信号途径是个复杂的网络。过氧化氢,水杨酸,茉莉酸,乙烯,油菜素内酯等信号分子在这个网络中起着重要作用。对植物抗病的分子机制的深入理解,将为病害防治提供新的思路。

Abstract: The model plant Arabidopisis thaliana is an excellent tool for the investigation of the molecular basis of disease resistance. Studies prove that a complex signal transduction network underlies the development of plant disease resistance by Arabidopsis mutants. Hydrogen peroxide(H2O2), Salicylic acid(SA), jasmonic acid(JA), ethylene(ET) and brassinolide(BL) play important roles in this network. To apply these knowledge gained from these researches would beneficial to the development of disease control strategy.
