Abstract: Legislation of agricultural policy management is a main measure of agricultural economic activities which are regulated, interfered, managed and supervised by government. Both Japan and American governments has modified some relative laws and established a series of new laws in order to carry out the Agricultural Basic Law and the Agriculture Law. it pointed a basic direction for agricultural policy to establish and perfect the Agricultural Basic Law. Agricultural investment legislation also has been attached importance to and perfected. Agricultural products market has been developed steadily by agricultural products market legislation. Natural resources protection and other legislations have been strengthened. They also established a series of laws of agricultural economy relationship and technology application and agriculture subject and food protection. Good agriculture law system has been formed to realize legislation of agricultural management.
