Rapid Detection of Riemerella anatipestifer infection by Loop-Mediated Isothermal Amplification Assay

摘要:

根据鸭疫里默氏菌(Riemerella anatipestifer,RA) ompA基因设计一套引物,同时优化其反应条件,建立鸭疫里默氏菌感染的环介导等温扩增 (LAMP)快速检测方法。结果表明,LAMP法的最佳反应条件为反应温度65℃,反应时间80 min。

Abstract:

According to the ompA gene of Riemerella anatipestifer (RA), a set of specific primers were designed to amplify the special DNA sequences by LAMP. Moreover, the reaction conditions of LAMP were optimized. The results showed that the optimal reaction temperature and reaction time were 65℃ and 80 min, respectively.
