塔六点蓟马触角感受器的扫描电镜观察

Scanning electron microscopic observation of sensilla on the antenna of Scolothrips takahashii

摘要:

采用扫描电镜技术对塔六点蓟马的触角感器进行了观察,结果表明,塔六点蓟马触角上存在5种感器毛形感器、刺形感器、锥形感器、角形感器、腔锥形感器,感器类型和分布无性别差异。对触角的形态和分布特点进行了描述,并就相应感器的功能进行了探讨。

Abstract:

The structure of antennal sensilla of the Scolothrips takahashii were investigated by the scanning electron microscopy ( SEM), The results showed that there are five types of sensilla in both male and female antenna, They were sensilla trichodea, sensilla chaetica, Sensilla basiconc, Sensilla ceratoid and sensilla coeloconicum. The shape of these sensilla and their distribution were described. Their functions were also discussed.
