Abstract: This paper based on the current situations of Hebei province’s vegetables industries, analyze the present enlarged scale, the increased quality, the resources, which suit to develop vegetables, the privileges and shortcomings of each vegetables produce locations. Under the requirements of establish privilege areas, divided Hebei vegetables produce areas to Hebei south part area, around Beijing and Tianjin areas, nearby seashore areas and Hebei north and west areas. According to the analyze of the privileges and shortcomings of each area, give out the suggestion, that is to increase the investment, to give financial support and green way support to improve the establishment of privilege area.
