Physiological Effect of DMF, TOL Used in Synthetic Leather Industry on Schima superba

摘要:

采用盆栽试验设置不同系列浓度的二甲基甲酰胺(DMF)、甲苯(TOL)处理木荷,研究木荷的生理效应变化情况。结果表明:(1)不同浓度的DMF、TOL及二者的复合处理均影响了木荷的生理效应,表现出不同的生理症状,TOL可能是通过作用于膜结构,进而影响抗氧化系统和营养物质合成系统。DMF可能是通过影响脯氨酸、谷胱甘肽、SOD等合成酶系,进而造成叶绿体受到损伤;(2)高浓度的DMF或DMF与TOL复合处理会引起植株死亡,复合处理对木荷生长具有协同性;(3)木荷可作为土壤受DMF、TOL污染的指示植物。

Abstract:

The changes of physiological effect of Schima superba treated with different series of concentration of dimethylformamide (DMF), toluene (TOL) by pot experiment were studied in this paper. The results showed that:(1) Different concentrations of DMF, TOL and combined treatment affected the physiological effect of Schima superba, showed different physical symptoms, TOL affected anti-oxidant system and nutriments synthesization probably by firstly reacting on membrane, DMF damaged chloroplast probably by affecting synthetase system of Pro, GSH, SOD; (2)High concentration of DMF, DMF combined with TOL treatment could cause plant death, combined treatment was cooperative on the growth of Schima superba; (3)Schima superba can be a instruction plant as soil contaminated by DMF and TOL.
