植物超富集锌的生物学机制研究进展

摘要: Zn超积累植物具有地上部超量富集Zn的能力。一般认为,Zn超积累植物体内可能存在一种解毒机制,并通过独特的生理代谢过程使Zn得以吸收、运输和富集。这个过程包括Zn在植物体内跨根细胞膜运输、根共质体内运输及区室化、木质部长距离运输等重要环节。在此,总结了国内外迄今所报道的Zn超积累植物;同时从耐性、吸收、运输三个方面阐述了植物超富集Zn的生物学机制,并对以后的研究工作提出几点展望。

Abstract: Zn hyperaccumulators have the ability to hyper-accumulate zinc in their shoots. Currently considering, one detoxic mechanism may exist in Zn hyperaccumulators, and Zinc was absorbed, transported and accumulated through a particular metabolic process. The processes include Zinc ion influx across root plasma membrane, translocation within the root symplasm and sequestration, long distance translocation in the xylem. This review summarizes the reported Zn hyperaccumulators so far in the world. Meanwhile, biological mechanisms of Zinc absorption and accumulation are expatiated on three aspects in tolerance, uptake and translocation. Several prospects for the future work were also discussed in this paper.
