烯效唑对花生产量品质影响的研究

Studies on the Effect of Applying Uniconazole to Peanut on Yield and Quality

摘要: 以‘花育19’和‘花育23’为试验材料,在花生盛花期叶片喷施烯效唑,研究其对花生产量和品质的影响。结果表明:烯效唑可延缓主茎高的增长,增加主茎直径,烯效唑浓度越大,植株表现越矮壮,以160 mg/L处理矮壮效果最明显;可促进根生长,增加单株根干重和单株果干重,提高根冠比和经济系数,2个品种处理区比对照区的根冠比、经济系数提高了0.8904~1.2015、46.57%~53.46%,产量增加18.09%~69.10%,处理区籽仁粗脂肪含量、蛋白质含量、可溶性糖含量均比对照增加。试验表明:花生盛花期叶片喷施适宜浓度的烯效唑,对花生产量和品质有一定的促进作用。

Abstract: Effect of uniconazole on morphological traits, yield, crude fat content, protein content, soluble sugar content in kernel of different peanut variety was studied, and using the ‘Huayu 19’ and the ‘Huayu 23’ as materials. Uniconazole could increase diameter of main stem and promote growth of roots, and increase root dry weight and fruit dry weight per plant. Growth of the plant height could be delayed by foliar spray of uniconazole during flowering stage,and the greater of uniconazole concentration, the more obvious of effects. The effects were the greatest with 160 mg/L uniconazole. The root shoot ratio and economic coefficient could be improved by uniconazole treatment. The weight of pods per plant, kernel per plant, 100-pod weight and 100-kernel weight were significantly increased by uniconazole treatment. The root shoot ratio increased from 0.8904 to 1.2015, the economic coefficient increased from 46.57% to 53.46%, the yield increased from 18.09% to 69.10%. The seed fatty accumulation and the protein accumulation and the accumulation of soluble sugars can be promoted by uniconazole.
