摘要: 概括了离子束生物技术的发展历程,阐述了其基本原理和特点,对离子束生物技术在水稻遗传改良中的诱变作用和介导作用进行分析,认为离子束生物技术能开创水稻育种和生产的新局面,创造出具有实用价值的水稻新种质。

Abstract: The development of ion beam bio-technology is briefly summarized,and its basic principle and characteristics are described.It is analyzed in rice genetic improvement about the mutagenic effect and the transgenic effect of ion beam bio-technology,and it is thought that a novel situation of production and breeding in rice will be initiated by ion beam bio-technology.
